  1. This is a semi-automatic servo-type wire stripping and crimping terminal machine, which is suitable for crimping various cross-feed terminals. The crimping process is precisely controlled by Mitsubishi servo motors. The wire does not need to be pre-stripped, just put the wire end into the crimping position, and the machine will automatically strip the wire first and then crimp the terminal. Combining the processes of stripping and crimping terminals can effectively reduce labor costs and improve product consistency, especially for stripping and crimping terminals for sheathed core wires.

  2. One machine can crimp a variety of cross-feed terminals, just replace the corresponding crimping blades, and the crimping height and crimping depth are easy to adjust. The crimping die of this machine can be replaced quickly, and the crimping die can also be replaced directly when crimping various terminals, which is more efficient and saves debugging time.

  3. The stripping action is driven by the cylinder, the cutting depth of the stripping blade can be adjusted precisely, the stripping length is accurate, and the crimping positioning is precise. The waste wire sheath is automatically discharged through the pipeline by vacuum suction, and the terminal backing paper is automatically recycled into rolls through the paper winder, which can keep the working environment clean.

Optional features:

3.Two-wire crimping: designed for 2-core sheathed wires, some small terminals can crimp two terminals at one time.

5.Pressure monitoring: monitor the pressure curve of each crimping process in real time, and automatically alarm when the pressure is abnormal.
