  1. This is a double-wire copper tape machine, which is often used to connect resistor pins or other electronic component pins to two wires at the same time. This machine can splice two copper tapes at one time, which greatly improves production efficiency. The built-in vibrating plate automatic feeding system can automatically feed the electronic components to the crimping position.The operator only needs to put the two wires into the crimping position at the same time and step on the foot switch, and the machine can complete the splicing of two copper tapes at one time.

  2. The crimping mechanism is driven by a high-precision servo motor, which is specially designed for processing high-end precision wires. One machine can crimp a variety of products of different sizes, and only need to replace the corresponding crimping die. The width of the copper tape is available in various specifications, commonly used are 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, etc.

Color touch screen operation interface, feeding length, crimping height and other parameters can be set in the program, to adjust the pressure only need to modify the corresponding parameters, no need to manually adjust the screw. With the program memory function, the corresponding parameters can be called out with one key after changing the mold or switching products, saving debugging time.
