  1. This is a servo type copper tape crimping machine specially designed for crimping tiny electronic components. This machine has a positioning fixture that supports XYZ three-axis movement. The operator only needs to put electronic components and wires and other materials into the positioning fixture in advance. After stepping on the foot switch, the positioning fixture will automatically send the workpiece to the press. The coordinates of multiple crimping points can be set in the program, so multiple crimping points can be realized at one time. For example, 3 capacitors and 6 wires can be snapped into the jig at the same time, and the machine can complete the crimping of 6 points at one time. The positioning fixture is carved according to the shape of the workpiece, so it has high positioning accuracy and can ensure good product consistency. In addition, since the operator does not need to hold the workpiece, the safety of the operation is greatly increased.

  2. The crimping mechanism is driven by a servo motor, with high crimping precision, specially designed for processing high-end precision wire. One machine can crimp a variety of products of different sizes, just change the corresponding crimping die. The width of the copper tape is available in various specifications, commonly used are 1mm, 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, etc. The whole machine has strong rigidity and can be equipped with a pressure monitoring system. When the pressure is abnormal, it will automatically alarm and stop.

  3. This machine uses copper tape to splice wires, which is often used for the connection of wires and wires and the connection of wires and electronic components. Compared with traditional crimping terminals or soldering, the cost of  splicing wires with copper tapes is lower. The cutting, forming, and crimping of copper tapes are completed at one time. No waste is generated during the splicing process. Strong back tension and stable quality.

  4. Color touch screen operation interface, parameters such as feeding length, crimping height, crimping position coordinates, and crimping time can be set in the program. To adjust the pressure, you only need to modify the corresponding parameters, without manually adjusting the screws. With the program memory function, the corresponding parameters can be called out with one key after changing the mold or switching products, saving debugging time.
