There are 2 terminal crimping machines on this platform, so 2 different terminals can be crimped for two wires and inserted into different sheaths respectively.

Each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, the function of inserting the sheath can be turned off, and it can be used as an ordinary two-wire crimping and tin dipping machine.When replacing the terminal and insulating sheath, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding crimping die, vibrating plate feeding system and corresponding sheathing jig. Both the wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanism are driven by high-precision servo motors, and the cutting blade adopts a positive and negative screw structure, with high stripping precision. This machine uses a translation mechanism to replace the traditional rotation mechanism. The wire is always kept straight during the processing process, and the positioning is accurate, which effectively solves the instability problem caused by the bending of the wire, and can easily handle various high-standard wire processing.
The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height.
