Economical Multi-core Wire Stripping and Crimping Machine

The operator only needs to manually put the wire end into the jig, and the machine can automatically complete the core wire leveling, trimming, stripping, and crimping the terminal, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the multi-core wire terminal. The specially designed core wire leveling mechanism can automatically straighten the core wires, and the terminals are on the same straight line after crimping, which is convenient for later insertion into housing.

One machine can process a variety of different products, just replace the corresponding crimping die and positioning fixture. The crimping die adopts a standard OTP clamping die, which supports quick die replacement. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching products. The machine is also equipped with an automatic paper winder, terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, which can keep the working environment clean.
