  1. This is a full-servo multi-core round sheath wire double-sided stripping and tinning machine. It integrates the functions of cutting wire, stripping outer sheath, stripping core wire, twisting wire, tinning and other functions, and can automatically complete double-sided twisting and tinning. This machine adopts the wire rod to feed the wire. The cutting precision is high, and the cutting length can be customized according to the demand. The standard machine has a maximum cutting length of 1.5 meters, and a model with a maximum cutting length of 20 meters can be customized.

  2. PLC and color touch screen control system, the whole machine is precise in workmanship, and the moving parts are driven by 12 sets of servo motors with strong power. It supports simultaneous processing of multiple wires, and can process 5 wires at the same time for sheathed wires with an outer diameter of less than 6mm, greatly improving production efficiency. The unique tin-dipping structure can ensure that the core wires will not stick together when dipped in tin.
