This innovative dual-station automatic system combines PCB lead cutting and automatic soldering functions within a single platform. The left station performs precise PCB lead cutting, while the right station delivers high-quality soldering, creating a seamless production process that eliminates the need for separate equipment.

The system features two independent workstations, each equipped with its own Y-axis, Z-axis, and R-axis motion control. This fully independent XYZR control allows both processes to run simultaneously or independently, significantly improving overall productivity and manufacturing flexibility.

By integrating two critical manufacturing steps into one machine, this solution reduces floor space requirements, streamlines workflow, and lowers equipment investment costs. It is particularly suitable for PCB assembly lines that require both trimming and soldering operations in one continuous process.

Engineered for stability and precision, the system offers programmable parameters including cutting depth, soldering temperature, tin feeding length, and process timing.
