This is a universal tape cutting machine with hot and cold knives, suitable for cutting various webbing and hoses with a maximum width of 200mm. When cutting narrower tapes, it can also mount multiple rolls at the same time to improve work efficiency.
Cold cutting or hot cutting can be set in the program. When hot cutting is selected, the temperature of the cutter can be adjusted freely. The operator only needs to simply set the cutting length and quantity, and the machine can automatically complete the cutting.
Some tapes with patterns need to be cut at the specified position, such as care label. At this time, the color detection sensor can be selected, which can accurately identify the correct cutting position and ensure that there is no accumulated error. This function is optional, the standard machine does not include this function.
