Mainly realizes the function of DP connector pin mounting iron shell inspection.

Core vibration plate loading, core distribution, hook material pawl sends the core to the pin insertion station, terminal plate loading, ratchet feeds the terminal, terminal cuts into the core, terminal presses into the core, eccentric wheel removes the edge material, picks up and puts down the core to the carousel machine, iron shell plate loading, cuts and assembles the iron shell, rivets and presses the iron shell, CCD inspection, conductivity detection, finished product carrier tape packaging.
