Automatic Height-adjustable Wire Feeding Machine

This machine is a heavy-duty roller-type automatic wire feeding machine. To load a reel, simply position it between the two rollers. The wire feeding machine features cart-style mobility, allowing it to be rolled into position. An integrated lifting motor then elevates the reel automatically, eliminating manual handling and significantly streamlining reel installation and material changeover processes. The reel rotation is driven by a servo motor. The pay-off speed automatically adjusts based on the position of the guide pulley: the higher the pulley position, the faster the pay-off speed. Equipped with a bi-directional rotation function, this machine eliminates orientation requirements during reel loading. Reels can thus be installed without regard to front/back alignment, ensuring simple and versatile operation.
