The machine performs complete wire processing in a single automated sequence: wire stripping, copper wire twisting, and precision crimping, ensuring stable and precise processing for electric control cabinets, electric meters, power distribution boxes, household appliances, automotive wiring harnesses, and more.
Operators simply insert the wire end into the processing position, and the machine automatically completes all operations while maintaining the wire in its original position throughout the process. The integrated wire twisting function prevents copper strands from spreading or tangling during terminal insertion, significantly improving product quality and yield rates.
