This advanced multi-function wire processing machine is specifically designed for flat ribbon cable processing, combining cutting, stripping, wire separation, twisting, tinning, terminal crimping, and housing insertion in one continuous operation. The machine excels at processing flat ribbon cables and is also capable of handling standard electronic wires with exceptional versatility.

The machine can process both flat ribbon cables and ordinary electronic wires. For electronic wire processing applications, an optional pair twisting function is available to enhance wire pair integrity and performance. It crimps terminals and inserts housings at one end while simultaneously performing twisting and tinning at the other end, ensuring comprehensive wire processing capabilities.

Built on a modular and adaptable framework, each function can be activated or deactivated through program settings. When housing insertion is not required, the machine operates as a standard twisting, tinning, and crimping system, helping reduce downtime and streamline product transitions. Changeovers are quick and efficient, requiring only the replacement of crimping dies, vibratory feeders, and insertion fixtures.

The machine features built-in CFM (Crimping Force Monitoring) system to monitor pressure curve changes during terminal crimping operations, and CCD vision detection system to verify proper housing insertion positioning. It includes an integrated conveyor belt with optional full safety enclosure to transport processed wires outside the machine while ensuring operator safety.
