  1. This is a high-end belt feeding wire stripping machine. This machine uses 8-wheel drive belt feeding to replace the traditional roller feeding, which greatly increases the contact area between the wire feeding wheel and the wire. While increasing the tension and enhancing the stripping ability, it can also reduce the pressure and reduce the damage to the surface of the wire sheath, and there is no indentation on the surface of the wire sheath. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be set directly in the program, no need to manually adjust the screw, it is very convenient to switch between different wire diameters.

  2. This machine also has the function of automatic lifting wheel and jump guide. The automatic lifting wheel means that the outlet wheel can automatically open for avoidance when stripping the wire head, and the jumper function means that the wire inlet guide is automatically lifted for avoidance when stripping the end of the wire, which greatly increases the stripping length range.

  3. Color touch screen operation interface, the program is powerful. There are a variety of working modes to choose from: long wire mode, multi-variety mode (one-time mass production of wires with different total lengths and different stripping lengths), multi-layer stripping mode (support for 3-layer stripping), open row mode (with flat wire splitting mold. Realize wire arranging, cutting, stripping and splitting at both ends). The program memory function can store the processing parameters of different wires in different program numbers, and the corresponding program can be called out with one key when processing the wire again. One machine can complete the processing of various wires, which is very versatile.

  4. Support non-standard customization, we have strong research and development capabilities, and can customize special functions according to customer needs. Common optional features include:

  • Install a safety shield, and automatically alarm and stop after opening the shield.

  • Customized blades and conduits with special shapes are used to process flat sheathed wires, double parallel wires, flat wires and other wires. Flat sheathed wires can be stripped from the inner and outer layers.

  • A splitting fixture can be added to realize automatic cutting and stripping of the cable and splitting at both ends.

  • Add inkjet printers, wire number hot stamping machines and other equipment to realize coding while stripping wires.

  • Install the wire-taking manipulator and conveyor belt to ensure that the wire is put into the receiving tray straight and neatly when processing long wires.

  • This machine adopts a belt wire feeding mechanism, which can effectively reduce the indentation on the surface of the wire sheath during the wire feeding process, and improve the wire feeding accuracy and peeling ability.
