Automatic Two-core Cable Stripping and Crimping Machine

This is a 1-side automatic crimping machine, specially designed for processing two-core sheathed wires and double-wires. For 2-core sheathed wires, it can automatically strip the outer sheath, strip the core wire, and crimp terminals with one head. For double wires, automatic wire separation, wire stripping, and single-head crimping terminals can be realized. The terminal machine adopts a standard OTP bayonet mold with a stroke of 30mm, which is suitable for crimping various reel-mounted cross-feed terminals and direct-feed terminals.

One machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing wires and terminals, you only need to replace the corresponding crimping dies, blades, and wire guides. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, parameters such as cutting wire length, stripping length, crimping position can be set in the program. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products into different program numbers, and the corresponding crimping parameters can be called out with one key when switching products.
