This high-speed single-head automatic terminal crimping machine is engineered for efficient multi-line processing, capable of handling up to five wires simultaneously. It utilizes a precision pulling gripper feeding system, replacing traditional roller feed, ensuring high accuracy and zero damage to wire insulation, even with flexible or high-tensile wires.
Equipped with an automatic wire straightening device at the input, the machine guarantees consistent feed stability and clean, uniform wire alignment into the cutting and crimping stations, ideal for complex terminal processing applications.
Standardized 30mm stroke OTP card-type crimping dies allow for versatile use with various terminal types, including horizontal and vertical feed terminals, delivering reliable, repeatable crimping results across production runs.
Designed for rapid changeover, the machine enables quick switching between different wire gauges and terminal types by simply replacing the crimping die and feeding guide tube, minimizing downtime. A color touch screen interface provides intuitive setup and real-time monitoring of processing parameters.
Program memory functions allow users to store and recall multiple product configurations, including cutting length, stripping length, and crimping position, enabling instant switching between different product lines with a single button press.
