This fully automatic double-headed wire processing machine integrates multiple functions including wire cutting, stripping, dual-end terminal crimping, and heat shrink tube insertion with automated heating. The machine features a sophisticated workflow where heat shrink tubes are pre-inserted onto wires before terminal crimping, then automatically positioned over terminals and heated for secure shrinkage.

Equipped with an innovative rotary disc heat shrink tube insertion mechanism, the machine supports ultra-short heat shrink tubes, providing exceptional flexibility for compact wire assemblies and space-constrained applications. This advanced mechanism ensures precise tube positioning and reliable insertion even with the shortest tube lengths.

The machine utilizes separate processing stations for wire head and tail operations, enabling efficient processing of wires as short as 80mm total length while maintaining capability for longer wires up to 10 meters. This dual-station design maximizes flexibility and production efficiency across various wire lengths and applications.

Built with modular flexible design principles, the machine allows easy switching between different products through programmable function modules. Each processing function can be independently enabled or disabled, such as heat shrink tube insertion, providing exceptional versatility for diverse production requirements.

The terminal crimping mechanism features ductile iron construction ensuring consistent crimping height and superior rigidity. Optional terminal pressure monitoring provides real-time pressure curve analysis with automatic alarm and stop functions for quality assurance. Visual inspection systems can be integrated for comprehensive appearance and dimensional verification.

Operation is simplified through an intuitive color touch screen interface with comprehensive parameter memory functions. The system stores processing parameters for different products in an integrated database, enabling one-touch product changeover and significantly reducing setup time. Advanced models support MES connectivity through built-in network interfaces for remote parameter management and production task coordination.
