This is an automatic stripping copper tape machine, which integrates the functions of stripping and splicing copper strips, which greatly improves the production efficiency. This machine is mainly used for stripping and splicing copper tapes of sheathed core wires. It is often used in the occasions where the core wires need to be screwed or welded later. Splicing copper tapes on copper wires can increase the strength of the core wires. The wire does not need to be pre-stripped, the operator only needs to put the wire end into the processing position, and the machine can automatically complete the action of stripping and splicing copper tapes.

The crimping mechanism is driven by a high-precision servo motor, which is specially designed for processing high-end precision wires. One machine can crimp a variety of products of different sizes, and only need to replace the corresponding crimping die. The width of the copper strip is available in various specifications, commonly used are 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, etc.

Color touch screen operation interface, feeding length, crimping height and other parameters can be set in the program, to adjust the pressure only need to modify the corresponding parameters, no need to manually adjust the screw. With the program memory function, the corresponding parameters can be called out with one key after changing the mold or switching products, saving debugging time.
