This high-performance multi-function wire processing system is purpose-built for flat ribbon cable applications, seamlessly integrating cutting, stripping, conductor separation, terminal crimping, and dual-end housing insertion within a single automated workflow. While optimized for ribbon cable production, it also offers excellent flexibility for processing standard electronic wires.

The equipment can simultaneously crimp terminals and insert housings on both ends, enabling a complete connector assembly in a single operation. It supports continuous production of complex wire harnesses with consistent quality, making it well-suited for high-volume manufacturing environments. The system's precise cutting and stripping mechanisms ensure clean conductor exposure without damaging insulation, while the advanced separation module keeps wires neatly aligned for accurate processing.

Designed with a modular architecture, each processing function can be activated or deactivated through software settings. When housing insertion is not needed, the machine operates as a dedicated twisting and crimping platform, minimizing idle time and streamlining transitions between different product types. Changeovers are quick and convenient, requiring only the replacement of crimping dies, vibratory feeders, and insertion fixtures to adapt to new wire specifications.

To guarantee stable quality, the system is equipped with a CFM (Crimp Force Monitoring) unit to track real-time pressure curves during terminal crimping and a CCD vision system to verify housing insertion accuracy at both ends. Additionally, an integrated conveyor automatically transports processed wires outside the machine. An optional fully enclosed safety cover provides enhanced operator protection while maintaining efficient workflow.
