This automated waterproof plug insertion workstation is designed as a fully automated, end-of-line solution for automotive wiring harness production. The system supports automatic feeding, sorting, expanding, and insertion of single or dual waterproof plugs across different plug shapes, including round, mini, hard shell, tail-end types, twin wires, shielded wires, and solar cables.

The machine offers flexible feeding methods with two optional feeding modules: drum feeding or vacuum suction feeding, providing flexibility for different production requirements and easy plug changeover. Single insertion models are optimized for standard plugs and small-size harnesses, while dual insertion models are designed for twin wires or larger cables with simultaneous dual plug feeding and insertion to maximize efficiency.

Equipped with multiple position detection systems, the workstation ensures precise plug positioning and consistent insertion quality. The slim machine body minimizes footprint and integrates seamlessly with mainstream automotive wire harness production lines, while multiple open data ports allow connection to user systems or development terminals, supporting integration with MES or traceability platforms.
