The floor-standing heat shrink tubing machine is designed to shrink heat shrink tubing onto wire harnesses. It can be used to heat heat shrink tubing with a length of up to 450 mm and a diameter of up to 42 mm.
When using the machine, the wire harness should be placed on the fixture and the fixture cover closed. Press the start buttons with both hands, and the heating chamber moves forward to heat the product.
The temperature of the heating element in this heat shrink heating equipment is controlled by a closed-loop control system, and the range of adjustment is wide enough to meet the requirements of different applications.
To ensure effective cooling after use, switch off "Start Heating" on the touch screen and let the machine continue to run for about 10 minutes, until the system has cooled to a safe temperature. This prevents heat damage to other internal components.
