Featuring dual crimping stations, each equipped with 6 vibratory feeders (customizable quantity based on requirements), the system enables simultaneous loading of up to 12 different terminal types. This configuration allows batch production of varying wire lengths, different terminal combinations, and customized marking content, making it particularly suitable for electrical control cabinet manufacturing and small-batch, high-variety production scenarios.
The machine incorporates dual ribbon marking systems that enable precise, customizable coding on heat-shrink tubes at both wire ends. Multiple ribbon color options, including black and white, ensure clear, legible printing on various tube colors. Operators can easily configure wire lengths, stripping dimensions, tube cutting length, marking content, and text direction via an intuitive Windows interface with Excel import functionality, streamlining setup and reducing downtime.
Enhanced flexibility is achieved through forward and reverse marking options, while batch processing capabilities allow continuous production of varying wire specifications without interruption. For superior quality assurance, an advanced dual CCD vision system inspects tube insertions and crimp integrity, while an integrated crimp force monitor analyzes force curves in real time, automatically rejecting defective units and halting production upon detection of anomalies.
