Servo Motor Driven Large Cable Crimping Machine With Crimp Force Monitor System

This series is a servo-type large square terminal crimping machine, with 6 sub-models in total (see technical parameters for details). Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the crimping height can be set in the program without manually adjusting the screws. The whole machine has precise workmanship, solid materials, strong rigidity, high crimping precision, low noise, low power consumption, and stable output.

There are a variety of crimping applicators to choose from, such as hexagonal applicators, quadrilateral applicators, four-point crimping applicators, B-shaped crimping applicators, etc. The program memory function can save the crimping parameters of different products in the database. When changing the applicator or wire, the corresponding crimping parameters can be called out with one key, and the mold supports quick replacement.

The operating system has a touch screen version and a computer industrial control version to choose from. The computer industrial control version adopts Windows operating system, supports network connection, and can be connected with the MES system in the local area network. The built-in terminal pressure monitor can automatically alarm and stop when the pressure is abnormal, and the pressure data of each crimping is automatically saved in the database, which can realize quality traceability management. A code scanning gun is optional, and the corresponding crimping parameters are automatically called up after scanning the code. Supports three-level authority management, and can assign different operation authority to operators, technicians, and managers.
