Flat Cable Automatic Stripping and Splitting Machine

This machine is specially designed for crimping terminals of flat cables. It can process up to 20Pin cables, and the wires do not need to be stripped and divided in advance. The operator only needs to put the cable head into the jig, and the machine can automatically complete the actions of splitting, stripping and crimping the flat cable. One machine can process a variety of different products, and the cable fixtures need to be customized according to the wire. The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, the translation, wire splitting, stripping and other mechanisms are driven by motors, and the positioning is precise. The parameters such as stripping length, thread cutting depth, wire splitting length, and crimping terminal position can be set in the program, without manual adjustment of screws. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching products. The machine is also equipped with an automatic paper reel, terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, which can keep the working environment clean.
