It supports non-standard customization, and the vibrating plate can be used to automatically feed materials for bulk terminals. This machine is also suitable for crimping various bulk or reel-mounted pre-insulated terminals. It can be equipped with a twisting function and a 2-stage servo crimping machine, which can twist the copper wire and then pass it into the inner hole of the terminal to prevent reverse wire. The end of the terminal can also be equipped with the function of automatically wearing the insulating sheath or heat shrinkable tube.
Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, the tinning function can be turned off and used as an ordinary single-head automatic terminal machine. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
Both the wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanism are driven by high-precision servo motors, and the cutting blade adopts a positive and negative screw structure, with high stripping precision. The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a terminal pressure monitor to monitor the pressure curve changes of each crimping process in real time. When the pressure is abnormal, it can automatically alarm and stop. In addition, a visual inspection system can also be selected to inspect the appearance and size after crimping to ensure product quality. The standard terminal crimping machine is driven by a variable frequency motor, and a servo terminal crimping machine can also be selected.

After the terminal is fixed, the copper wire is inserted into the inner hole of the terminal, and finally the second stage of crimping is carried out to crimp the terminal in place.
