This fully automatic wire processing machine integrates cutting, stripping, waterproof plug insertion, and terminal crimping into a single high-efficiency system. Available in six different models, each designed for specific production requirements and functional combinations to meet diverse manufacturing needs.

The unique sequence of inserting the waterproof plug before stripping the wire prevents copper wire overturning, significantly improving insertion accuracy and reliability. Multiple model configurations offer flexibility from single-head seal crimping to dual-head operations, with options for sleeve insertion, heat-shrink tubing application, and number tube marking.

Each model supports quick product switching via replaceable track fixtures and one-key recall of stored program parameters. The machine accommodates various production scenarios, from basic terminal crimping to advanced dual-end processing with marking capabilities, ensuring optimal configuration for specific application requirements.
