The unique sequence of inserting the waterproof plug before stripping the wire prevents copper wire overturning, significantly improving insertion accuracy and reliability. Multiple model configurations offer flexibility from single-head seal crimping to dual-head operations, with options for sleeve insertion, heat-shrink tubing application, and number tube marking.
Each model supports quick product switching via replaceable track fixtures and one-key recall of stored program parameters. The machine accommodates various production scenarios, from basic terminal crimping to advanced dual-end processing with marking capabilities, ensuring optimal configuration for specific application requirements.
Equipped with optional real-time crimping force monitoring, CCD visual inspection, or laser profiling systems, it enables comprehensive quality control across all model variants.
