This fully automatic single end terminal crimping machine is specifically designed for high-precision processing of single wires, performing terminal crimping on one end while executing full or semi-stripping and wire tail twisting on the other end in a single integrated operation.

Equipped with a 7-inch high-definition color touch screen, the machine provides intuitive digital and graphical control, enabling easy parameter setup, real-time monitoring, and program storage for rapid switching between different wire and terminal types.

High-precision step motors ensure stable and accurate operation with minimal vibration, while the robust high-strength steel frame guarantees long-term durability and consistent crimping quality even in high-volume production environments.

Designed for maximum flexibility, the machine supports universal OTP, side-feeding, and straight-feeding applicators, allowing seamless adaptation to various terminal models without changing the core machine structure. This modularity enhances operational efficiency and reduces downtime.

With built-in overload protection, low noise, and low energy consumption, the machine delivers reliable performance in continuous industrial use. The inclusion of universal casters also provides easy mobility for installation and repositioning within any production layout.
