Multi-core Wire Stripping and Crimping Machine

This machine is specially designed for processing the core wire of multi-core sheathed wire. The sheathed wire only needs to strip the outer sheath in advance, and the core wire does not need to be stripped. The operator only needs to put the wire ends into the jig, and the machine can automatically complete the actions of core wire leveling, trimming, stripping, and crimping terminals. The specially designed core wire leveling mechanism can automatically arrange the core wires. After crimping, the terminals are on the same straight line, which is convenient for later insertion of the housing. This machine is also suitable for processing cables, which can process up to 20Pin cables. The cables need to be divided in advance before being put into the machine for stripping and crimping terminals.

One machine can process a variety of different products, just replace the corresponding crimping die and positioning fixture. The crimping die adopts a standard OTP clamping die, which supports quick die replacement. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching products. The machine is also equipped with an automatic paper winder, terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, which can keep the working environment clean.
