This semi-automatic ferrule crimping machine is engineered for tubular insulated terminals, delivering consistent square, four-side crimps. A free-change crimping die enables stepless adjustment to cover multiple ferrule sizes without changing tooling, making it suitable for 4–16 mm² conductors.

The crimping mechanism is driven by a pneumatic cylinder and controlled through a solenoid valve, providing light, responsive foot actuation for comfortable operation. An integrated counter displays crimp totals to help track production output and plan maintenance.

With a compact footprint and a top-mounted handle, this ferrule crimper is easy to place on busy workbenches and convenient to move between stations or service sites.

Typical applications include control panel building, electrical cabinet wiring, wire harness assembly, and industrial maintenance where reliable square ferrule terminations are required.
