Automatic Ferrule Crimper

This is a semi-automatic crimping machine for tubular insulated terminals. It uses a square free-change crimping die, which can flexibly crimp various tubular terminals of different sizes without changing the die. This machine is suitable for crimping tubular insulated terminals of 4~16mm². The crimping size can be adjusted steplessly and has a wide range of applications.

The crimping mechanism is driven by a cylinder, and a solenoid valve is used to replace the traditional pneumatic foot switch, making it easier to step on. This machine also has a counter, which can display the number of crimping. The whole machine is compact in structure and small in size, and the top belt is equipped with a handle for easy carrying.
