This fully automatic solid pin connector crimping machine is designed for high-efficiency processing of bulk solid pin and socket contacts. It features an advanced flexible vibratory bowl feeding system integrated with CCD vision recognition and precision EPSON robotic handling. Unlike conventional vibratory bowl systems that require complete equipment replacement when switching products, this flexible solution supports multiple terminal sizes with only a simple material change. This makes it exceptionally well-suited for manufacturers handling diverse bulk terminal specifications while significantly reducing setup time and operational costs.
In its standard configuration, the machine crimps terminals on one end of the wire while stripping the other end. An optional crimp force monitor can be integrated to provide real-time monitoring of crimping pressure, ensuring consistent quality and instantly detecting any deviations that could affect connection reliability.
Equipped with four precision feeding wheels for wire delivery and optional belt feeding capability, all critical mechanisms are driven by high-precision servo motors. The four-point crimping die system applies simultaneous pressure from four directions, delivering superior crimp quality with perfect symmetrical geometry. This makes the machine ideal for demanding applications in aerospace, defense, and other high-reliability industries.
The machine also incorporates an industrial computer control system based on Windows 11 OS, providing an intuitive interface for parameter setup, data storage, and seamless MES system integration, enabling smarter production management and traceability.
Extensive customization options are available to meet specific customer requirements. Configurations include dual-head terminal crimping for both wire ends, or combination processing where one end is crimped and the other end undergoes wire twisting and tinning. This flexibility allows manufacturers to address diverse application needs with a single platform.
